Catering Terms and Conditions
  El Gallo Giro offers full-service catering and additional services to make your event complete. Several menus are available for offsite events, as well as customized menus to fit any taste or budget. All menus are plus sales tax, and orders require a minimum lead-time of 24 hours; however, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.  
     
  Confirmation of Event  
  A credit card number is required to confirm all orders. In the event of cancellation less than eight hours in advance of scheduled pickup or delivery, a 50% cancellation fee will apply; cancellation less than four hours in advance will result in the application of a 100% fee.  
     
  Deliveries  
  Depending on the catering order, El Gallo Giro offers delivery for an additional fee (amount is based on location). Serving units are not available for delivery.
Depending on the size and complexity of the event, an additional setup fee may be charged for an off-premise event.
 
 
  Setup Fee  
  Paper goods include forks, knives (if applicable), dinner plates, and paper napkins. Paper goods are included in the price, although additional charges may apply for specific additional requirements.

  Payment  
  Payment is due at the time of order; El Gallo Giro will perform a credit card authorization to secure your order, and payment will be finalized upon pickup or delivery
